1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
Because our products are custom-designed and personalized (often including user-uploaded videos), we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps:
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage.

Once verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement of the damaged item, OR
- Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
- Late claims made after 3 days of delivery
- Personalized items in good condition
- Uploaded video content errors caused by user mistake
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.
- To cancel within the allowed time, email us at support@pixtalemory.store with your order number.
5. Refund Processing Time
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
